Service

VG Taxi provides software for taxi ride requests, dispatch, driver operations, fleet management, company administration, notifications, and related operational workflows. The service is available through taxi.vg.mk.

Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate and protecting their login credentials. Customers, drivers, and company owners must use the application only for lawful taxi service activity and must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the system.

Taxi Services

Ride availability, pricing, route, pickup time, destination, driver assignment, and service quality can depend on the selected taxi company, driver, traffic, location accuracy, and local operating conditions. Taxi companies and drivers are responsible for licenses, permits, insurance, vehicle safety, and compliance with applicable transport rules.

Payments

The application may show estimated prices and payment preferences. Final fares, receipts, refunds, and disputes may be handled by the relevant taxi company unless a separate payment provider is integrated and clearly presented to the user.

Notifications

The application can use email, SMS, and push notifications for account verification, ride status, dispatch updates, safety, and service messages. Push notifications may be required for operational accounts so ride updates can be delivered reliably.

Availability

We work to keep VG Taxi reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access can be limited by maintenance, connectivity, third-party services, device settings, browser permissions, or security controls.
