How To Request Deletion

To request deletion of your VG Taxi account data, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete VG Taxi account".

Include the email address, phone number, username, or social login provider connected to your account so we can verify and locate the correct account.

What We Delete

After verification, we delete or anonymize personal profile information, social login identifiers, push subscriptions, saved addresses, and account data that is no longer required to operate the service or meet legal obligations.

What May Be Kept

Some booking, company, driver, vehicle, audit, tax, billing, safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute information may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations. Where possible, retained records are limited or anonymized.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. More complex requests may require additional verification or processing time.

Facebook Login Data

If you used Facebook Login, mention Facebook in your deletion request. We will remove the Facebook account identifier and related profile data stored by VG Taxi unless retention is required for legal, safety, or dispute reasons.
